All Strideout run leaders are fully qualified and hold UK Athletics licenses and are all checked by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The run leaders for Strideout Kidz also hold Safeguarding and Protection qualifications.

She became a regular runner after she had her daughter to help with her post pregnancy weight loss, and for her to have time to reflect and help with postnatal depression. Favourite Run: Endcliffe Park up to Porter Valley round to Wyming Brook and back home. Running Mantra: The Tortoise and the Hare both finished the race.
