Strideout Body Conditioning facilitated by RL Coach Andrea Barber
It is a well known fact that run performance can improve when you include strength and conditioning sessions into your weekly workout. Strideoutgives both its members and non members the opportunity to incorporate S&C into their activities with a bi-weekly class targeted at strengthening both upper and lower body to enhance run performance. Session includes an assortment of squats, lunges and fitness pilates to strengthen your core.
